Built by a Founder Who Chose Leverage Over Burnout
I didn’t start my journey trying to build an online brand.
I started it trying to build a life that actually worked.
I’m a mom first.
And like many women, I learned very quickly that time is the one resource you never get more of.
When my children were young, and growing faster than I was ready for..
I found myself running a brick-and-mortar business that demanded everything from me.
Long hours.
Constant decisions.
Being “on” all the time.
From the outside, it looked like success.
From the inside, it felt like I had built a job that owned me.

That was my wake-up call.
I realized that while I had built a business, I hadn’t built leverage.
My income was tied directly to my presence.
If I stepped away, things slowed.
If I stopped, revenue stopped.
And no matter how hard I worked, there was always more to do.
I wasn’t just “in tech.”
I was in the work of translating complexity into structure.
Turning chaos into workflows.
Designing systems that could scale without breaking.

I realized that the knowledge I had acquired..
how systems work, how automation replaces manual effort, how structure creates freedom..
That it wasn’t just valuable to corporations.
It was valuable to founders, creatives, and business owners who were unknowingly leaking time, money, and energy every single day.
That’s when I began turning my expertise into digital assets.
I started packaging what I knew into frameworks, digital products, memberships, and eventually done-for-you services for B2B businesses.
Not in a flashy way.
In a practical, grounded, systems-first way.
I became a consultant and system architect helping businesses identify where they were leaking revenue and showing them how to build infrastructure that actually supported growth.

It allowed me to reclaim time with my family.
To be present with my children while still building something meaningful.
To design work that fit my life not the other way around.
Today, Grit Boss exists as the intersection of all of that experience.
It’s where online and offline business meet.
Where strategy meets execution.
Where systems replace hustle.
Not louder.
Not harder.
Just smarter.
Grit Boss isn’t about chasing trends or building businesses that depend on constant output. It’s about ownership, leverage, and longevity.
About designing systems that give founders back their time while allowing their businesses to grow.
Because at the end of the day, success isn’t just measured in revenue.
It’s measured in freedom, clarity, and the ability to be present for the life you’re building all of this for.
That’s the work I do.
That’s the standard I build by.
And that’s what Grit Boss represents.
If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, I hope you’ll join us. I’d love to support you on your journey.

OPTIMIZE — Identify and eliminate revenue leaks and inefficienciesBullet List 3

SCALE — Growth that compounds without chaos
Outside of the work, I’m deeply rooted in family and faith.
I love spending time with my husband Kelvin and our three boys teaching them, laughing with them, and watching them grow into who they’re becoming.
I enjoy exploring the foods of my home country with my boys, turning meals into moments and memories.
You’ll usually find me working out early, grounding myself in worship, or slowing down on weekends with gardening, hands in the soil, resetting for the week ahead.
These rhythms keep me anchored and remind me why I build businesses the way I do.
